2008 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible

There are three models in the corvette line-up; the LS3 coupe, convertible, and the Z06. The LS3 coupe MSRP starts at $45,995 and the convertible goes for $54,334, while the Z06 starts at $71,000. The LS3 engine is a 6.2-liter V-8 for the coupe and convertible, while the Z06 engine is a 7.0-liter V-8 LS7. LS3 coupe and convertible boasts 430 hp and 424 torque, while the Z06/LS7 boasts 505 horsepower and 470 lb.-ft of torque.

Fuel economy for the coupe and convertible is 16/26 (manual) and 15/25 for the automatic. The Z06 gets 15/24 mpg for city/highway. Best of all; the 0-60 for the coupe and convertible is 4.3 seconds, while the Z06 0-60 is under 4 seconds.
