2013 Cadillac ATS and oleophobic coating on the CUE

Jeff Massimilla is Cadillac’s User Experience (CUE) project manager. Massimilla talked to Lou Ann Hammond, CEO, www.drivingthenation.com about CUE.

Cadillac’s  User Experience is their infotainment system located in the navigation system. The infotainment system is easy to use so my questions revolved around the mechanics of the system and how to keep the monitor clean of fingerprints. Massimilla told me about the oleophobic coating.

And what is a resistive touch screen versus a capacitive touch screen and which one does Cadillac use?

What about if I’m wearing gloves?

Watch the video and you’ll get it.
