Does Mexico have ethanol, clean diesel or hybrids?

Martinez says that a liter of gasoline costs $.70, which equals about $2.65 a gallon. The average income in Mexico is $11,809, according to The Economist.

In the United States a gallon of gasoline runs $3.00 and the average income for 2006 was $44,071, according to The Economist.
