It’s been a humbling year for Toyota’s Robert S. Carter Group Vice President and General Manager “ Toyota Division Toyota Motor Sales, USA. But Carter says that Toyota is coming back, and has stats and awards to prove it.

But Lexus is also looking at taking some of Toyota’s sales from them. The CT200h is a great hatchback that utilizes the Prius battery pack. Think of this – hatchbacks are hot (Prius, Fiesta, Mazdas) and so is the Prius. Upscale that with Lexus luxury and you’ve got competition. What does Carter say about that?

And what about that plug-in hybrid?
