Roberto Rodrigues on Brazil’s new Tupi oil field

Roberto Rodrigues, former minister of Agriculture of Brazil and current coordinator of the Agribusiness Center at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) discusses Brazil’s new Tupi oil field.
