Washington, DC – David E. Rodgers is Deputy Assistant Secretary for Energy Efficiency within the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) at the U.S. Department of Energy.

Rogers talks about the six cellulosic ethanol plants that the DOE has given $1 billion dollars to in order to have them up and running by 2012. How are they doing? Will they be up and running by 2012?
