Kuniskis told us that his boss, Sergio Marchionne, asked him, “If you are here, how are you going to change things?” – basically telling them that the present is already set in stone, asking them how they are going to change the future. What did Kuniskis think of that? Kuniskis said there are about 40 car brands in the industry and that roughly 40,000 people a day will buy a car.
