Driving the Nation talks to Bob Lutz about Via, Electric pickup trucks

Lou Ann Hammond, CEO, Driving the Nation talked to Bob Lutz, chairman of the board at Via Motors, at the 2014 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit, MI.

Lutz talks about VIA Motors extended-range electric vehicles (EREVs) that are modified trucks (mainly General Motors trucks), vans and SUVs.

Lutz is the former vice chairman of General Motors and champion of the Chevy Volt.

Lutz has authored two books, Icons and Idiots and Car Guys vs. Bean Counters. Lutz Is Also The “L” In VL Automotive, a company that converts Plug-In Fisker Karmas Into Corvette Powered Destinos.
