Sao Paulo, Brazil – Ed Welburn is General Motors’ current Vice President of Global Design. Welburn talked to Lou Ann Hammond, CEO, www.drivingthenation.com about the Chevy Onix platform.

The Onix might be on the same platform as the Chevy Spark and the Buick Encore, but the car is produced and sold in Brazil. Welburn emphasizes the importance of working on a global basis for design. Watch the video as Welburn tells us where the design inspiration comes from for the front and back.
