Governor Phil Bredesen, Tennessee, at the 2011 Detroit auto show

Governor Phil Bredesen, Tennessee, was at the Volkswagen Passat unveiling on the eve of the 2011 Detroit auto show, North American International Auto Show (NAIAS).  He took the time to talk to Warren Brown from the Washington Post and myself.

What does he plan to do now?

Were there incentives given to Volkswagen for building an environmental manufacturing plant?
