Gumpert in the red Apollo S at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show

Gumpert has had it’s problems, even rumors of bankruptcy, but at the 2014 Geneva International Motor Show it was back with a beautiful red Supercar called the Apollo. Only the rich can afford this car, but the rest of us can watch the video of this beautiful hot Apollo car. The car is wrapped in silver, presumably aluminum, and red chrome.

Gumpert Apollo S

The Super rich Swiss come to the Palexpo convention centre to order their cars. A mere 535,000 Euros, or more, will get you a 0-60 somewhere around 3 seconds, but you can clock it for yourself with that new Swiss watch you just bought. The not too subtle racer is powered by a twin turbocharged 4.2-litre V-8 that Gumpert says can make 750 horsepower. Gumpert is throwing down the gauntlet with the Apollo S and there is no better place to unveil it then among the row of mobile art forms known as cars.
