President Bush’s ethanol agreement with Brazil on MSNBC

MSNBC’s Alex Witt and Lou Ann Hammond discuss President Bush’s Brazilian ethanol agreement during his exploratory trip to South America.

Corn ethanol gets 75% of the energy that gasoline gets, while cellulosic ethanol gets 91 percent.

There is no such thing as an alternative fuel. We need every fuel source we have.

We are a brilliant nation. We have the ability, the science and the technology to be self-sufficient. Now we need the will.
