Most people are concerned about the fiscal cliff. If you’re an automobile manufacturer, coming to California, you have to be concerned about the carbon cliff. What is General Motors doing to meet the California Air Resources Board (CARB) requirements?

General Motors is bringing out a new tire for fuel efficiency that will initially appear on the Spark and the Volt. What about Compressed Natural Gas (CNG)?
