Reid Bigland currently holds three distinct Senior Management roles with Chrysler Group LLC. He is Chryslers Head of U.S. Sales Operations, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Chrysler Canada Inc. and President and CEO of the of the Companys Ram Truck Brand.

This interview was done in June, 2013 at a “What’s new for Chrysler?” but it is in more applicable today with the government shut-down.

What is the one thing that could bring sales to a halt?
