Scott Keogh, President, Audi of America (AOA)

Four days into the job of President of Audi of America Scott Keogh stopped and talked to Lou Ann Hammond, CEO, www.drivingthenation.com.

Keogh has been with Audi for 6 years as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Many of Audi’s marketing programs are in place while Keogh was at that helm. Now he takes over as President.

Audi has had significant upgain in the American market in the last 6 years. How does Keogh plan to gain more significance in the U.S. market?

Keogh takes the President’s pen as the all-road is signed back into the United States. Does Keogh believe in diesel as well? Will there still be racing with diesel?

What about Audi’s electric car program? Audi just won another Lemans, this time with an electric car as the alternative power source in the Audi e-tron.

Will Audi continue their lifestyle advertising versus just plain commercials?
