Spyker D12 Peking to Paris concept at the 2006 LA auto show. The Spyker D12 Peking to Paris is a prototype, it was a concept last year. But after Governor Schwarzenegger made a speech about alternative energy he walked the auto show floor and spent about 10 minutes talking to the Spyker owner about this Peking to Paris sport utility vehicle. They are calling this 500 horsepower, $287,000 ($320,000 loaded, out the door) vehicle a super sport-utility. Spyker doesn’t give miles per gallon.
