President and Chief Operating Officer of Subaru of America, Inc., Thomas J. Doll, has been named Person of the Year by Motor Trend. Subaru is one of the auto industry’s real 2015 success stories, and Doll is being recognized for Subaru’s successes.

What did Doll do to turn Subaru vehicles? Why are most of Subarus all-wheel drive? When did that change?

Doll talks about the award and about the agreement to help three National parks become land-fill free.
