Superformance brings back the Ford GT 40

Doug Campbell is at the Concorso Italian, and tells me that the GT40 continuation is built to exacting standards – in fact over two thirds of the rolling chassis’s parts are interchangeable with that of an original car.

The recreation by Superformance of the GT 40 that beat Ferrari and finished in the top three positions in the 1966 Le Mans 24 Hours. Not only is Superformance allowed to use the GT40 moniker it also carries the GT40/P chassis number and is eligible for the official GT40 registry.
