The Aston Martin One-77 and Julian Jenkins, VP, Aston Martin Americas

Julian Jenkins, Vice President Aston Martin the Americas, talked to Lou Ann Hammond, CEO, www.drivingthenation.com about the Aston Martin One-77. The Aston Martin One-77 is a two-door coupe two-seater, carbon fibre monocoque structure built by Aston Martin. The special edition super car is limited to only 77 unit’s, and all of them already sold to lucky gazillionares.

2,700 hours of handcrafted beauty is what you will see as Jenkins talks about the One-77. It’s powered by a 7.3-liter, V-12 engine with 750 ponies pulling you up the hill. It can outrun most polices cars, as the One-77 is capable of 220 miles per hour. The weight balance of the car is nearly 50/50. Eight-five percent of the weight sit’s between the axles!

The car was designed by Marek Reichman, head designer for Aston Martin.
