Top ten Netflix binging movies and television series for the Holidays

Top ten Netflix shows – Whether you’re sick in bed, or with a group of people for the holiday’s television can be your friend. Here are ten movies and/or television series to watch over the holidays. The fun part is that the descriptions are not just about the video, but it references other movies and/or television series the actors appeared in the past. I have made some of them easy; some are not. See if you can guess them all.

10. Miss Pettigrew lives for a day – 2008

What would you do if you were let go, owing to a week’s wage, and the headline of the day, while waiting in line at the soup kitchen, was about Hitler? How many lies would you tell, how far would you go to get employment? Beautiful cars and art deco doors are the backdrops for Delysia’s delicious manifests. The Vicar’s daughter, Gueniviere Pettigrew, is the star of the show. Amy Adam’s leap years ahead with the character’s best line, “It’s not a drink, it’s a cocktail”, and her singing “If I didn’t care” (originally sung by the Ink Spots in 1939). It is worth watching.
Stars: Frances McDormand, Amy Adams, Ciarán Hinds
