Toyota – the error of the third kind

John Batchelor talks to Lou Ann Hammond about Toyota being called in front of Congress.

The Toyota Prius will be recalled. There is a problem with the braking problem. Batchelor calls what Toyota is doing is “answering the wrong question precisely”.

What is the right question? Batchelor wants to know if this problem is because Toyota went for marketshare and let quality slip because of it?

How long has Toyota known about this software program?
