Hatz gives his opinions on which groups are attainable and which are impossible.

Hatz says that regulations in the United States are very ambitious – more so than Europe of Japan. He feels it might mean only small boring cars to drive in the United States. He also talks about test cycle versus technology that is not allowed to be used in test cycles.
